Snippets from magazines that fell into an Asian theme. I have no idea what language the writing is, but with the onset of Chinese New Year this month, perhaps it's good timing. Foods associated with good luck in the Chinese New Year can be chicken, although the chicken must be presented whole including the head, tail, and feet, as to preserve good fortune. This may be a problem locating at the local Walmart! Tangerines may be more easily obtainable and it's a good thing, as they also represent good luck!
