Bite Sized Goodness!
Savory little Tuna bites perfect for game day fare or a mini-meal!

Ingredients:
1 Can of Tuna
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 1/2 Cups Unseasoned Bread Crumbs
2 Teaspoons Flour
1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
1 Egg
A Sprinkle of Salt and a Dash of Pepper

Directions:
Set your oven to 425 degrees and lightly grease a baking pan. Mix all of the ingredients together. Roll the mixture into individual golf ball sized portions and place each onto your baking pan. Gently push down into the center of each ball with your thumb creating a little pocket. Bake for 12-18 minutes. Remove and allow to cool. Makes 8.

These are great because they can then be filled with anything, such as Guacamole or Salsa. The one pictured above has a Japanese theme and is filled with Sushi Rice, Cucumber, and Nori. Topped with a creamy Wasabi Sauce and Pickled Ginger.
