Balsamic Pork Chops and Mushrooms!

Simply juicy and flavorful!

Ingredients:

4 Thick Cut Pork Chops
1 Package Sliced Mushrooms
3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1/2 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 Stick Unsalted Butter
Salt
Pepper
1/2 Cup Chopped Fresh Parsley

Directions:

Place a large pan with Olive Oil upon your stove top, set on high heat. Sprinkle both sides of your chops with Salt and Pepper. Place the chops onto the hot pan. Allow to cook on each side for 6-8 minutes. Remove chops and place to the side. Reduce heat to medium and add Mushrooms. Gently saute the Mushrooms until they become tender. Place chops back into the pan and drizzle Balsamic Vinegar. Add the unsalted Butter and allow to simmer, uncovered, for an additional 4 minutes. Remove the pan from heat and place chops onto a bed of Rice or Couscous. Pour remainder of sauce and Mushrooms over the top. Garnish with chopped Parsley.
