Create your own masterpiece using refreshing Iceberg Lettuce Wedges that are so easy to make!
1 Quartered Head Iceberg Lettuce
1/2 Cup Favorite Dressing
1 Can Tuna
1/4 Cup Chopped Roasted Red Pepper
A Sprinkle of Black Pepper
Peel away the first layer of lettuce and divide the head into fourths. Drizzle on your favorite dressing and a spoonful of Tuna. Garnish with Roasted Red Pepper and a bit of Black Pepper.
Yummy and a tiny bit messy to eat, although well worth it. There are many variations as the wedges can be topped with anything you love from Guacamole and Salsa, Cucumber Dressing with Blue Cheese and Walnuts, to Pesto and shaved Parmesan!
